RETURN POLICY

Returns and Exchanges: We stand behind our products, and want you to you love your loader! We will accept returns and exchanges within one year of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return or exchange, please call us to discuss the issue you are encountering. In many cases, we can provide tech support over the phone to resolve an issue.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at littlebuckloader@gmail.com to discuss the best shipping method. Ship the item back to us on a pallet. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item; your refund will be processed, and we will mail you a check.

Exchanges: If you requested an exchange, we will ship the replacement item once the original item is received and inspected.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving the item. We will provide instructions for returning the item, and upon inspection, a replacement or refund will be issued.
